These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through www.seamemorysbh.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Craftsmanship
All Sea Memory pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, including stingray leather (galuchat), mother-of-pearl, horn, rattan, and other noble materials.
Due to the inherent characteristics of natural materials, slight variations in texture, tone, grain, or spicule patterns may occur. These variations are not defects but a signature of authenticity and uniqueness.
While product photographs aim to reflect the pieces as accurately as possible, color variations may appear depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Sea Memory is committed to personally selecting and shipping the finest available piece in stock for every online order to ensure that clients receive a product that meets our highest standards of quality and beauty.
2. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Sea Memory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to applicable taxes and customs duties depending on the destination country.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country.
4. Shipping
All shipments are handled personally by Sea Memory to ensure careful preparation and packaging.
Orders are shipped via DHL unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Sea Memory cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
5. Shipping Damage (Claims Procedure)
In the event of visible damage upon delivery, the client must:

Notify Sea Memory within 3 days of receipt

Provide clear photographic evidence of:

The damaged product

The outer packaging

The shipping label

Retain all packaging materials and the product in its original condition
If damage is confirmed and not attributable to the client, Sea Memory will initiate a claim procedure with DHL and make every reasonable effort to obtain reimbursement.
Failure to notify within 3 days or failure to retain packaging may void the possibility of claim assistance.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are considered final.
Except in exceptional circumstances approved at Sea Memory’s sole discretion, we do not offer returns or refunds.
An exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases:

The client is responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping)

The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition

The exchange is subject to product availability
7. Liability
Sea Memory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that products are used appropriately and cared for according to standard practices for luxury natural materials.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Sea Memory operates.
